RESPECT MEMBERS & DISCLAIMER
Please respect the forum that you are on by not using bad language. There are sensors on, but they may not catch all words. I can put a heavier block on, but...that would mean a lot words would be messed up...including: grass, class, etc...if a word has a 'bad' word in it, it will block it. This is NOT how it is set up, but I may have to change it. I am not asking you to change 'who you are'...I am just asking that you respect 'where you are'.
We have conservatives, liberals, Christians, non-Christians, mormons, Catholics, etc...and we are all part of a wonderful family. There are people who are offended by the language, so please respect the feelings of others. I am the Music Director at my church and I send lots and lots of people to this board, so please keep that in mind.
Disclaimer
Please remember that the advice you are getting on this forum is from people just like you. We are not medical doctors, we are people who have struggled with our weight and found out what works for us. :
Thanks in advance.
